Soldering Irons
Heavy Duty Plug Tip Irons
The most rugged irons available for industrial soldering. Designed for continuous operation and fast heat recovery. 100 to 550 watts.
Product Description
Hexacon's Heavy Duty series of Plug tip irons are the most rugged irons available for industrial soldering applications. They are specifically designed for continuous operation and fast heat recovery. The element outer case is machined from a solid piece of high strength, nickel plated alloy steel and is practically indestructible. The hexagonal case shape allows the iron to be held in a vise or gripped with a wrench for maintenance without damaging it. A front nut helps to secure the tip but also absorbs shock when the iron is put in its holder, extending element life. Deflector assembly helps to provide a cool comfortable handle, well balanced with good directionality. Power ranging from 100 to 550 watts. Also available in 220V.
